Hello. My name is Melanie and I have no idea what I am doing!
Full-time mother and wife embarking on a cooking expedition of madness. I am going to be testing recipes I find as well as sharing some of my own personal favourites. Everything will be photo-documented, and cooked in my very own (chaotic) kitchen!
This endeavour will hopefully help me to become "fearless in the kitchen". Hopefully I can inspire others to try the new and not be afraid of failing. To the dishwasher and beyond!
